We ship to the US, Canada, the UK and across Europe. Here is exactly what to expect once you place an order.

Where we ship from

To keep quality high and prices fair, GrinPet works with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners and ships directly from their facilities. Every item is inspected before dispatch and travels with end-to-end tracking — no middlemen, no unnecessary markup.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (quality check, pack and dispatch). After that:

Standard shipping — 7–15 business days. $5.99, free on orders over $49.
Express shipping — 5–10 business days. Flat $14.99.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping rates

Rates are shown in your local currency (USD, EUR or GBP) at checkout and include all carrier fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Customs & duties

Shipments to the US are sent with duties prepaid. For EU and UK orders, local VAT or import charges may occasionally be collected by the carrier on delivery; these are set by your country and outside our control.

Lost or delayed parcels

Parcels crossing borders occasionally take longer than planned. If your tracking has not updated for 10+ days, contact support@grinpet.com and we will reship or refund — your choice.
